Response to Copyright Infringement Notices

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notification, RevolutNews will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content of the infringement notice and our actions.

Counter-Notification

Suppose you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification. In that case, you may file a counter-notification with us, which must include the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identify the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification of the content.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which RevolutNews may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
